The Progress
48% say accessing real-time enrollment data for online and PCE students is easy—a major jump from 29% in 2024. Progress is clear, but challenges remain.
The Pain Point
Only 35% of PCE units say they’re adequately staffed, down from 45% in 2024. The biggest gap? Finance/Business Analysts (27%), a sharp rise from 19% in 2024 and 5% in 2023—highlighting the growing demand for data-driven roles.
The Priority
84% stated need for Easy and efficient registration process (i.e. shopping cart experience) as an essential element to achieve business goals.
